I have devoted my life to better understanding how one individual can make the world a measurably better place.
Over two decades of spearheading grassroots community development work in Nepal, I have had the privilege of learning from thousands of the most capable and thoughtful people on the planet. Together we have developed and tested a suite of tools and practices that can truly help a community transform from poverty to prosperity.
I have established two international NGOs in Nepal, and lead one of the most effective citizen relief campaigns after the devastating 2015 earthquakes. I’m grateful to have helped over 40,000 people realize their dreams of living in a healthier and more prosperous community.
